The TSDSI Hall of Fame recognises those who have gone above and beyond in shaping the standards ecosystem — through sustained technical contribution, policy leadership, or founding stewardship of India's SDO journey.
Founders & Pioneers
Instrumental in establishing TSDSI as an autonomous SDO; led the development of 5Gi / LMLC — India's first-ever contribution to 3GPP 5G NR standard adopted by IMT-2020.
Served as Director General since inception, building institutional capacity, member engagement, and enabling TSDSI's participation in over 30 international standards forums.
As Secretary, DoT, championed the creation of India's autonomous SDO and secured government support during TSDSI's formative years (2012–2015).
Led academic engagement and spearheaded India's 6G research agenda through TSDSI, contributing to IMT-2030 vision papers submitted to ITU-R WP 5D.
Among TSDSI's most active industry contributors; co-authored key white papers on O-RAN and 5G spectrum and led SG-Networks working group for two consecutive terms.

Contributed to 3GPP transposition programme and authored multiple white papers; longest-serving GC member company.
Supported rural 5Gi trials and provided network infrastructure for TSDSI proof-of-concept testing programmes.
Led IoT and M2M standardization in SG-Services; co-authored the oneM2M Release 3 India-specific annexure.
