TSDSI Document Repository

TSDSI maintains a comprehensive document repository for all standardization artifacts, meeting documents, and technical contributions. The repository is hosted on a secure Nextcloud platform accessible to all registered TSDSI members.

Accessing the Document Repository

The TSDSI document repository is available at:
members.tsdsi.in

To access documents, you need valid TSDSI member credentials. New members receive login details from the secretariat within 5 working days of membership approval.

Document Categories

  • SWIC Documents: Technical contributions submitted by members (TSDSI Working Item for Contribution)
  • NIP Documents: New Item Proposals for standardization work
  • Meeting Documents: Agendas, minutes, and presentations from SG and WG meetings
  • Technical Reports (TRs): Informative TSDSI technical reports
  • Technical Specifications (TSs): Normative TSDSI standards
  • Liaison Statements: Formal communications with 3GPP, ITU, oneM2M, ETSI
  • 3GPP Transposed Standards: 1,657+ documents across Releases 13–18
  • oneM2M Adopted Standards: Releases 2A, 3, 4
  • Working Documents: Draft documents under development

How to Submit a Contribution

  1. Email contributions@tsdsi.in with the subject “Contribution Request” to receive a SWIC/NIP number and an upload folder URL
  2. Download the appropriate TSDSI document template from the portal
  3. Complete your contribution document offline following the template guidelines
  4. Upload the completed document to your assigned folder via the Nextcloud portal
  5. Your contribution will be listed in the upcoming meeting agenda

Document Templates

Standard TSDSI document templates are available for download in the member portal under Templates & Guidelines. Templates are provided for:

  • Technical Specification (TS) template
  • Technical Report (TR) template
  • SWIC contribution template
  • NIP template
  • Liaison Statement template

Offline Access

The Nextcloud client (available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS) can be used to sync documents for offline access. Download from nextcloud.com/clients.
