About the GC
Governing Council
The Governing Council (GC) is TSDSI's apex executive body, responsible for overall governance, strategic direction, financial oversight, and organizational management. The GC is accountable to the General Assembly (all members).
The GC comprises 17 elected members representing different membership categories (telecom operators, equipment manufacturers, IT companies, academia) and 8 nominees from government departments and regulators. Members serve a 3-year term.
