Governance Structure

A transparent, multi-stakeholder governance framework ensuring inclusive and balanced participation from all sectors of India's telecom ecosystem.

How We're Organized

Multi-Stakeholder Governance

TSDSI operates through a democratic, multi-stakeholder governance model that ensures balanced representation from across India's telecom and ICT ecosystem. The governance structure comprises several interlocking bodies, each with defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability mechanisms.

The organization is incorporated as a Society under the Societies Registration Act, with its Memorandum and Rules & Regulations (MRR) serving as the governing document. TSDSI follows a consensus-based approach to standards development, ensuring all member voices are heard.
